Administrative Assistant Position at CERIC
CERIC-ERIC, the Central European Consortium for Research Infrastructure, is seeking an assistant for its administrative office. Deadline for application: 24th of February 2025.
Position description
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium, the administrative assistant will support the following main activities:
- financial reporting of all the funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC;
- support in drafting of the internal procedures;
- support in the preparation and monitoring of contracts;
- maintaining and updating CERIC budget and bookkeeping records;
- support in dealing with the travel reimbursement requests of the CERIC users.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Please notice that the working language is English. Experience in a similar position for a minimum period of 2 years will be considered a plus.
