The Polish Synchrotron Radiation Society and the CERIC Polish partner facility, the SOLARIS Synchrotron Radiation Centre, are organizing the Joint Meeting of the Polish Synchrotron Radiation Society and SOLARIS users.

The conference is free of charge and will be held online, in an interactive form, on September 9th-11th, 2020. Register HERE before September 9th.

Apply to give an oral presentation and/or to present a poster. The deadline for sending abstracts is August 2nd, 2020. An abstract template can be found on the conference website.

The Polish Synchrotron Radiation Society has been organizing the National Symposium of Synchrotron Radiation Users (KSUPS) every two years since 1991. It was thanks to the efforts of the scientific community associated in the Polish Synchrotron Consortium and members of the Polish Synchrotron Radiation Society that the construction of the National Synchrotron Radiation Center – the SOLARIS synchrotron in Krakow began in 2010. Since 2018, research groups from various centers, not only from Poland, have been conducting research on beamlines of the SOLARIS synchrotron, which has become a unique research center in Poland. SOLARIS is constantly expanding its research offer and recently, apart from the synchrotron, the most advanced electron cryomicroscope in Poland is available to scientists. The conference will consists of sessions with plenary lectures by invited scientists, of oral communications, poster sessions and discussion panels.
